Hiring Position - Regional Vice President

Your Responsibility
1. Lead 8-Land realty Group, make us stronger.
2. In charge of total operating of 8-Land Realty Group, such as, sales force, recruiting, training, financing, real estate group, mortgage group, franchise group etc.
3. Direct report to CEO

Qualification:
1. At least 8 years Real Estate management experiences.
2. Experience in leading large team
3. A proven past successful records.
4. Franchise management experiences is a big plus but not required.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skill is a must.
6. broker license is required
