Regional Vice President Position
Qualification:
1. Valid broker license with at least 5+ years experiences in residential real estate sales.
2. Minimum deals closed per years at least 35 or better for previous agents,
20 deals or better for previous managers or $10 millions sales in value.
3. Team leader or proof of strong managing and communication skill.
4. Knowledge of current computer technology.
5. Bookkeeping and computer skill is big plus.
6. Strong positive attitude.
7. Sales or broker license is required in California, Broker License is required in all other state.
Responsibility:
1. Responsible for local office setup.
2. Recruiting new sales people
3. Managing and training the sales force.
4. Maintaining the bookkeeping.
5. Recruit local branch manager and assist them to perform the above 4 tasks.
6. Prospecting and marketing
7. Meet the company goal
8. Obey company rules, state law and federal law
