Hiring Position - Chief Operating Officer

Your Responsibility
1. Resposible for overall marketing plans.
2. Asist president in charge of total operating of 8-Land Realty Group, such as, sales force, recruiting, training, financing, real estate group, mortgage group, franchise group etc.
3. Company house speaker.
4. Direct report to President and CEO

Qualification:
1. At least 8 years Real Estate management experiences.
2. Experience in leading large team
3. A proven past successful records.
4. Franchise management experiences is a big plus but not required.
5. Strong verbal and writen communication skill is a must.
6. broker license is required
