Requirements:
1. Must have minimum 3 years experiences as a loan processor.
2. Real estate sale license is highly desirable but not required.
3. Must know how to use Calyx Point.

4. You are not too busy to us when we need you.
5. The job can be done at home. if you work from home, you need to have Calyx Point software, computer, printer,scanner and fax machine.

6. Very important, you must familiar FanneMae Underwriting guide line and make sure all necessary document  and conditions have been met before submit the loan to the lender.

Compensation:
$350-$500 per closing.
There is no base salary for this position
