Hiring Position: Loan Officer

Qualification:
1. No license is required, will train the right candidate.
2. 2 years sales experiences is preferred but not required.
3. Willing to work on full time basis.
4. Strong verbal communication skill
5. Bilingual is welcomed
6. strong positive attitude and desire to be successful in real estate business
7. Basic computer skill is required

Responsibility
1. Prospecting and selling
2. Assist borrowers funding their loan from start to finish
3. Responsible for all your expenses including but not limit to advertising, recruiting, office expenses etc.
4. Report each sale to your local branch manager or headquarter no later than 1 working days.
