5. You can sell loan in 42+ US. State.

6. Type of loan we handle:
1). Residential Mortgage Loan: 500 FICO 100% LTV Full Doc.
2). Residential Mortgage Loan: 550 FICO 100% LTV Stated Income
3). Bare Land: 620 FICO 80% LTV Stated
4). Construction Loan: 620 FICO 100% LTV Stated
5). Commercial Loan: Any type of commercial up to 90% LTV
6). The total loan amount up to 10 million dollars on any of above
